Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your products. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
You will need to pay for return postage unless the item arrives damaged or faulty; in that case, we will require photographic evidence. If this happens, please email us at info@wilsonsthedoggroomers.co.uk as soon as possible.
Please note that original postage costs will not be refunded unless an item is damaged or faulty.
If you choose to return your item using standard untracked delivery, please ensure you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for any items that go missing during return shipping.
